How do you upload a webpage to the internet?

There are usually a few ways to upload a webpage to your internet website. The first way is to upload it via your web browser using an upload tool provided by your website host. Most web hosting services, such as godaddy, offer a way to upload webpages to your website just by logging into your account and then using their upload tool.

A second way to upload files to your website is by using FTP software. To do this, you will need to download an FTP tool. SmartFTP and Filezilla are my two favorite FTP tools. After you have the FTP software installed, you will need to connect to your webserver. You will need your website URL or IP and a password. After connecting, you simply use the FTP software to upload files to your website. Using Filezilla, this is as simple as drag and drop.
