Hey Rose,

If you have a dial-up connection, you may have trouble listening to or previewing songs in the iTunes store. They have a FAQ that suggests that a broadband connection is needed for good listening. They have a guide on their site for slower connections though. Check it out at http://support.apple.com/kb/TA47620?viewlocale=en_US
