What is it
The taskmgr.exe process is the process used to launch the Windows Task Manager. When the taskmgr.exe file is launched, it displays information about the processes and programs running on your system. This utility also shows used performance statistics based on the activity of the processes and memory used by each process.

Recommendation
This process should not be disabled.
