What is it
This process could be a safe process. However, this process could be part of the W32.SpyBot.S worm. It uses the Windows LSASS vulnerability, which creates some sort of a buffer and forces your computer to shut down when you do not want it to. It accesses address books, spam, and email messages.

Recommendation
The process should be disabled and deleted if found to be the worm. You can scan your pc to see if it is the worm.
