What is it
This is a non-essential process, which is part of Intel’s Common User Interface for chipsets plus integrated graphic controllers. It does no known good other than to slow down your computer, use up system resources, and consume system power.

Recommendation
It causes no harm to your computer; however, it can be disabled and eliminated if you wish.
